COVALIM NV uses the equipment facilities of the Group COEK for preparations:

Cutting:

Several cutting machines with a max. thickness of 300 mm

Bending:

Bending capacity goes up to 4000 x 15 mm

Rolling:

5 rolling machines with thickness up to 120 mm

Drilling - Milling:

Several NC-machines with a max.capacity of 8000 x 4500 mm to Ř100 mm

Turning:

5 NC lathe machines are operational with a max. diameter of 2300 x 2000 mm

	A total workshop area of 3600 m˛.
	A number of test benches are available for pressure tests.
	A conveyor system allows efficient movement of the equipment along the production line.
	Surface treatment facilities on site.
	Stock facilities of finished products (3600 mł).
	The COVALIM site is situated near the Albert Canal as well as close to the highway connecting Antwerp (Belgium), Eindhoven (The Netherlands) and Aachen (Germany).
